Day 49, Monday march 28th.
We had our Troop elections tonight. My son, Tommy, has served as SPL for the last 4 terms, but decided not to run for SPL again this time. I think he just wants to take a little time off.
There were 3 Scouts that ran for SPL tonight. The voting was really close, but in the end, Sean won. I'm really proud of him. He's been in the Troop for 2 years now and has really matured a lot since he first joined. I'm really looking forward to working with him as the new SPL.
Thats my Scouting for today, and it was a lot of fun.
