Day 70, Monday, April 18th.
Tonight was our weekly Troop meeting. The Scouts spent the evening getting ready for the Scout Skills night that we're doing for the Cub Scout Pack on Wednesday night.
We're doing 6 stations that the Cub Scouts will be able to visit. We're doing a knots station, cooking station, map & compass station, backpacking station, the perfect campsite station, and first aid station.
I can't wait to see how it all turns out. The Cub Scouts should have a really great time getting to do all the different things we have planned.
Our new SPL had his 2nd meeting tonight. He still has a lot to learn, but tonight was a little better than last Monday night. If he gets a little better at every Troop meeting he should have it down pretty good in just a short time.

I got my Scoutmaster's Minute ready for tonight.
I met with a Scout that was working on the Communications Merit Badge to sign off on a few of the requirements before the Troop meeting started
I participated in our Troop meeting.
