100 Days Strong: Day 56, an evening off

Day 56, Wednesday, July 13th.

Tonight when I got home from work I sat down and relaxed. That's something I don't do too often, but tonight I really needed it. I feel like I've been running hard for a while, and it's starting to wear on me a little, so tonight I took it easy. I watched a little TV, and relaxed.

For my 100 Days Strong:

I weighed 176 lbs this morning.

My goal weight is 165 lbs.
