100 Days Strong: Day 48, work night at the rental house

Day 48, Tuesday, July 5th.

Spent the evening working at the rental house trying to get it done and ready to rent.

Not a lot to report for the blog today.

For my 100 Days Strong:

This morning I weighed 177 lbs. My goal weight is 165 lbs.

For breakfast I had a banana and a glass of Carnation Instant Breakfast.

For lunch I had a chicken salad sandwich and a bottle of water.

For dinner I had a roast beef sandwich and a glass of water from Arby's

This is my 100 Days Strong. What's your's?
